Hydrogen separation has been an area where we have been active for more than 15 years. Using a special approach, we make use of a separation reactor with a capacity of 5 slpm which can be added together for any capacity of interest in practice. The equipment has a wide application area ranging from metallurgical annealing furnaces to semiconductor processing, LED, photovoltaic manufacturing etc. Perhaps more important in this context, is the new era where hydrogen separation membranes are expected to diffuse into the future energy system dominated by the renewables.
